  lady try to tell me i couldnt pick up my personal order at the curbside pickup 😂, her attitude was on 100 , and for her to be a “manager “ most definitely she doesn’t fit this role pointed at her shirt like she had a name tag which i would’ve loved to have to report her . i have 7+ years of restaurant experience & this its not how you handle a customer ever i was polite & told her i never had an issue picking up my personal order from chipotle , after telling me doordash orders need to be picked up inside , wouldnt let me speak and had the ugliest response. her boss needs to look into her and how she treats customers ,

  I am a local Realtor who decided to stop by Chipotle to order lunch for myself and my family. It was a “to go” order. There was a very nice White couple in front of me and the Hispanic lady behind the counter served them with a big smile. They ordered several “bowls“, with double chicken and rice, etc. OK, that’s great!. It was my turn to order and I am a Back lady, well dressed and happy also. I ordered double portions and her smile disappeared. She did not give me double portions and I had to ask for more rice at which time she became obviously irritated with me throughout the ordering process. It was an unpleasant experience. I was very disappointed in the sudden change in demeanor when I had done nothing wrong. I pulled another employee to the side to let her know about the other employee’s inappropriate behavior. The other employee seemed unconcerned. I started to let this experience go, but the more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. The food was even so salty we couldn’t finish eating it. This type of prejudice should not, and will not be accepted. I show up with money, a respectful and pleasant attitude and professional dress and I’m treated like garbage at this restaurant? I’m speaking up to say absolutely not. Do better in your hiring process and your customer service training, Chipotle.

  I recently visited Chipotle for the third time hoping to get the Hot Honey Chicken, and once again they were completely out of it. It’s becoming very frustrating because no matter what time I come, they never seem to have it available. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of one of the workers in the back. He was extremely rude, slamming things around and even throwing his gloves in frustration. The woman serving the food was very kind and professional, but I overheard him tell her, “I don’t know what to tell you, here’s the sauce, I’m not making more.” You could even tell she was getting annoyed by how he was acting. I tried to still order a bowl with regular chicken, but the food looked old and unappetizing, so I decided not to get anything at all. I completely understand that late hours can make things difficult, but arriving around 8:40 p.m. when the location doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m. and seeing such poor service and lack of fresh food was unacceptable. This has always been one of my favorite locations, but lately the customer service and overall experience have been terrible. Please do better.

  great food, i wish the seating was more comfortable but i suppose most people det their food to go so its not a priority
