The staff I interact with is always generally nice, but spread incredibly thin. There needs to be some type of plan to help these guys out because this is ridiculous. Cars wait in line for ever for orders they’ve already paid for and when you look inside, people are waiting just as long. Contacting support only gets you free stuff - cool, but come on Chipotle…come up with an action plan. Tech could provide updates about back ups before people order, you could shut off online ordering at a certain point, something…

Last time my food was not ready until 30 minutes past my confirmed pick up time. They should close this place or fire everyone and start over.

The manager kept claiming that it was connected to DoorDash, but Chipotle sent me the email directly. Kept trying to tell the lady that I was from Chipotle and even showed it to her , but she still wouldn’t accept it saying that this is from DoorDash or Uber eats. I ended up just paying for the meal full price. On top of that the portions of protein were very small. I had not gone to this chipotle in years because the last time I went, it was super dirty and disgusting. I thought I’d give it another chance and once again they let me down. I do not recommend coming to this Chipotle go to the one on Westover instead.

They weren't ready until 12:40. There were no grilled peppers and onions available for our other orders. The fountain machine was out of ice and our drinks were flat.
