  I’ve written maybe one other review in my life, but I have been to this Chipotle twice this week and the vibes have been so good that I had to say something. This location is giving 2012 Chipotle vibes, when Chipotle was actually good and people didn’t seem to hate their lives working here. The food at this location is fresh, it is clean, the employees seem to be having an enjoyable time working with each other and the MUSIC— whoever is curating the Chipotle playlist these days, my hat is off to you. May the rest of the Chipotles rise to the 2012 standard.

  In the past, I have intentionally avoided this location due to subpar food, typically unclean conditions, long slow lines, and customer service that has been less than ideal. However, due to being in a time crunch, I recently decided to stop by the location, and there has been a HUGE shift. When I walked in, there wasn't the typical long line, the service was great, and the food was just as good as the Westover Terrace location I frequent. Although the Tate St. location is closer to my house, I drive the longer distance because the food and service are consistently great! I was wondering what changed. Then I saw a familiar face: Denise, the manager I typically see at the Westover location. She was on the grill cooking vegetables, then I saw her take off her gloves to quickly assist a team member asking a question. She then handled a situation at the cash register, went to the back, returned, put on a new pair of gloves, and continued cooking. I was like, "That's it!" She was the change. I don't know how she does it, but she has a gift for turning any location around. I had to leave a review because the difference is night and day. I don't know what she gets paid, but I'm sure it's not enough. I plan to return to the Tate St. location soon and I hope the positive changes continue. Denise, you're an amazing manager! As a long-time, consistent customer of the Westover Terrace location, I hope I can continue going to the Tate St. location. Thanks for all of your diligent hard work!

  This was the best crew! We brought 21 in for dinner after a soccer game. I have never gone through the line so fast. This was the best experience ever at a Chipotle!
