The second time we ate there the chicken sandwich was stalevas could be, like it was under the heat lamp for a very long time, not like chicfila. We've come to expect much more from this franchise such as speedy service, my pleasure, and fresh tasty food, this place fell short on all those marks. Both times.

Their food has, for the most part, stayed fairly consistent even after the change from antibiotic free chicken, but their service has declined measurably and hovers around 1 star. CFA has always hired younger employees I don’t know if it’s the money or what, but I’m going to pin their lack of communication, forgetting food multiple times on the managers. “My pleasure” is out the window and is replaced with uh huh’s and a lack of care for closing communication loops when handing customers their food (even “this is it” so the customer isn’t left confused). It appears I’m not the only one who’s noticed, and if wasn’t close by or what my kids enjoyed I see a lot less visits to this location soon.

After having this drink from the location at the Palladium in high point, this Greensboro location is disgusting. I have purchased this drink 2x from this location and totally disappointed. Please get help, support and training from the Palladium location. They make it perfect everytime. Your customer service is great though!
