We were also told our cone and coffee would be brought out to us, so we patiently waited. When an employee with blonde hair came over, she asked if we had a second order. We explained that we were waiting on a cone and coffee, but before we could even mention the missing sauces, she turned around and walked away. When she came back, we finally let her know what sauces we needed. She responded, “We don’t have honey,” and then walked away again after handing us the sauces without saying anything else. I understand that mornings can be stressful, but there was no reason for the attitude. We come to this location regularly, and this was our first unpleasant experience here. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, because basic courtesy goes a long way.
