They didn't have the workers standing outside taking orders and accepting payments at this time, so every single car got their food and paid at the same time. Even the mobile order line was packed. That being said, once we got to the main window, they asked our name and bing, bang, boom - we paid and immediately were handed our food. Food was hot, fresh and our order was perfect. The team did an excellent job, though they were swamped with customers. Everyone was working hard yet still kept a smile on their face. Kudos to all of them!

The order went through with no issues. On the morning on June 12th (while I was attending my son’s graduation) I received a call stating the catering order could not be delivered to our home. That I would need to pick a public business location and meet them there due to their policy. I have a history of ordering catering from Chick-Fila that was delivered to my home (from a different location) so I was confused and frustrated with this call. I pushed back asking for clarification, and told them multiple times that they shouldn’t be waiting until the day before the event to call about this and that their “policy” doesn’t align with the concept of catering. If I wanted to pick up the order I would have selected that option and saved money (catering costs more). I called 2 different locations in our city and both stated they do deliver catering orders to a person’s home. I called the Friendly location back and they said that this is a “store specific” policy. I told them that if I had known this up front I would have not chosen to order catering from them. They should not allow catering orders online to home addresses if they refuse to provide that service and/or should call a consumer immediately to confirm that it’s not a home address rather than waiting until the last minute to notify someone. Essentially ,I paid for catering prices and services and had to pick up the order.
