I spoke with her afterward, and she told me that she actually covers her hair specifically to work there, yet she was still sent home. It was honestly disappointing to see, especially when young people are actively trying to work and gain experience. Chick-fil-A needs to do better and be more understanding. With so many places needing employees, it’s frustrating to see someone willing to work being treated this way over their hair.

The last 3 times I have gone to this restaurant the fries were soggy, which is pretty typical of chicken fil a take out but I asked if they wouldn't mind making them crispy or well done. Counter said yes but they came out soggy right out of the bag at the counter. Asked if I could have them made crispy and the woman said they wouldn't do that. The manager was right there listening and she seemed to be a shift lead. Will not be going to this location anymore. Not to mention their parking lot is absolutely insane and too small for a full size truck. Oh yeah. And the nuggets are cold too. Wasn't even busy. 👎

You know when you complain with a restaurant you you get a coupon that they never really send you or they'll say that they're sorry that you didn't get what you wanted. But I found this is a better way to say something about a restaurant. We went through the drive-thru. We did not check our bag because you know I'm thinking you getting paid for a job. You better damn well. Check the bag before you hanging out the window. The girls checking out. It'sawanda, we're laughing and carrying on and not doing their job so I'm not going back to that window.
