- KRKrycya Flores Rojas4 days ago1.0I ordered a grilled sandwich through the mobile drive thru and they asked me to park in one of the drive thru spots. First of all, there were none available, people who go inside the restaurant park there so you need a better system. 2nd my order was incorrect. It was missing items and the chicken was fried not grilled. This js not the first time they make me wait for a grilled sandwich. If you cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner don’t offer it through the drive thru. What a waste of time and money! Ridiculous.

I would not even bother leaving a review and dinging them - except this is the second time this has happened in recent memory. Always great to get home at 9 pm after working 12 hours and realize your sandwich is missing from the bag and the store is now closed. Moral of the story, folks... don't forget to check your bag at this location even though they've put that sticker on the side listing everything they claim they put in the bag.

Becky, the manager, is the kindest most helpful person I’ve encountered in food service in a very, very long time. She was extremely helpful and came up with a solution that saved my ass. The other staff were kind and helpful as well, and got my food out in a flash so I would have time to eat before my break ended. Please give her a raise.

Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Order wasn’t ready until 7:50. If I’ve already paid why is the order not being prepared to be ready at the designated time? Garbage service
