  I think today is the last day I’ll eat cava. I think it has to be the last options available. Stopped to get food I didn’t like the amount of lentils I asked for more the girl next to the person serving me says it’ll cost more for some lentils. Ok so I get down to the dressing and I wanted broccoli they had none. So you’re giving me a hard time for some lentils when you’re out of stuff? I don’t have to eat there. You don’t even have want and giving me a hard time for some lentils?

  This Team of staff is lead by a CARING & BEAUTIFUL SOUL of a Manager!!!!! Love it HERE!!! Oh and this food is Super lite and delicious!

  Came in on a busy day was in and out.Treat it with nothing but courteousness. The meal was fresh and the manager brittany was on point making sure the line moved. People were served and the food was being replenished.

  I love Cava, but this location messes up my order half the time when I get pick-up or Uber Eats. They regularly forget the side pita. Tonight it was the skhug and garlic dressing!!!! They forgot my dressings! Literally my favorite part of the meal. I was so sad after a long day to come home and realize I couldn’t enjoy my favorite part of the meal. Someone needs to pay more attention to the literal order - drinks, side pitas, side dressings! I’m so disappointed.

  This was my second visit to the CAVA Friendly Center location in Greensboro, and unfortunately, the experience was very different from my first visit. My first experience was excellent—the food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the customer service was great. Because of that experience, I was looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, today’s visit was disappointing. The young man who took my order did not greet me or display much personality or customer engagement. In fact, I greeted him first. I ordered a bowl with white rice, half chicken, and half braised lamb. For a meal that cost more than $16, the portions of meat—especially the braised lamb—were very disappointing. There was so little lamb that I could barely experience the flavor of it. I ordered my food to go, and when I began eating at home, I also discovered that the white rice was extremely hard and tasted as though it had been sitting for quite some time. Freshness is one of the things I expect from CAVA, so this was particularly disappointing. I do want to recognize the other team members I encountered, as they were pleasant. However, because the restaurant was not busy during my visit, I expected the slower period would allow for an even better level of service and attention to food quality. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I plan to try the CAVA Wendover location in Greensboro, and I will definitely continue visiting the Winston-Salem location on Stratford Road, where my experiences have consistently included fresh food and outstanding customer service. Working in healthcare, I understand how important customer service is to the overall experience. Regardless of the industry, every team member contributes to how a customer views an organization. A simple greeting, appropriate portions, fresh food, and genuine hospitality can make the difference between a customer wanting to return or choosing another location. I hope management at the Friendly Center location uses feedback like this as an opportunity to reinforce consistency in both food quality and customer service. I know CAVA can provide an excellent experience because I have experienced it at other locations—and even at this location on my first visit.
