Just left the location located on Wendover in Greensboro, and I must say the employee Jay was nothing but amazing. With this being my first time he was very informative and he even also suggested some of his own favorites for me to try. He made my experience very welcoming and I would definitely visit this location again because Jay gave Great Customer Service. 10/10 recommend this location..and when you go ask for Jay.
Unsure what was going on with the salmon at this location, but it was awful, not aesthetically appealing or tasteful at all. For the price of the upgraded bowl and as a person frequents CAVA, I will not visit this location again. I wish I would have taken a picture of the bowl before I trashed it. I visited this location 4/29/26, midday. Hopefully the person for grilling the salmon knows what they are doing now. In addition, please toss the salmon after it has exceeded the F&S standards for food holding.
Can we please bring back the SWEET POTATOES?!! Stumbled upon Cava for the first time when they were rocking with the sweet potatoes and wholly molly, they hit it out the park! Now, they taketh away! Other than that, yes this place is fantastic and folks inside were very friendly. That Harissa hot honey chicken, don't sleep on it! But it is spicy!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience tonight at CAVA on Wendover. The energy from the entire night staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in.
Kayla and Jessica truly went above and beyond with their professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes. Their customer service was not just good — it was memorable. They created an atmosphere that felt welcoming, uplifting, and genuinely people-focused. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and understands how important great hospitality is.
The food was fresh, the service was smooth, and the overall experience felt organized, clean, and full of great vibes. In today’s world, outstanding customer service stands out even more, and this team absolutely delivered at a high level.
Big appreciation to Kayla, Jessica, and the entire night crew for bringing amazing energy, professionalism, and kindness to the community. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Keep shining and keep setting the standard — Greensboro needs more teams like this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible management at this store. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. Staff available but was too busy closing out at 8:30. Store closes at 10:30. Ask for manager and Karen was not at all professional about why her customers were lining up out the door meanwhile she was in the back and had a staff member wiping down and not serving. Excuses when I asked her why was the wait so long. I would never go back to this one.
