  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kayla and the whole late-night squad at CAVA deserve their flowers! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. Kayla brought such a positive attitude, great personality, and welcoming energy that immediately elevated the entire experience. The whole night crew was locked in — professional, attentive, friendly, and making sure every customer felt taken care of. You can have great food anywhere, but when you combine fresh food with a team that genuinely understands hospitality, THAT is what creates loyal customers. Kayla, keep shining and leading with that amazing energy! And salute to the entire late-night squad for setting the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. Management definitely has a strong team on their hands. I’ll absolutely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My fiancé and my self went to cava on Wendover for the first time and the lady taking out order her name is Wilson and just let me tell you she gave us an amazing experience and great customer service as well. The food was absolutely Amazing just like her customer service. She was very patient with try h is asking questions and gave us samples so we knew what to order. We are fans of cava now and Wilson as well! Thanks you guys!!!

  This location ( Wendover ) the customer service and friendliness of the staff is FAR BETTER than the friendly location, I’ve been to friendly center on several occasions and their lack of customer service turned me away for months… but this location made me love them again… all the staff from back to front was friendly and funny and welcoming, even during a busy time of Saturday… well done , and of course the food was amazing as always!

  Every time I visit, the food and staff are fantastic but I particularly wanted to leave a review this time because of 2 reasons. I walked in and immediately noticed it was BUSY and incredibly warm inside. I can only imagine there was something wrong with their AC because it's never like that in there. Even with that, the staff was upbeat, friendly, and very patient with everyone's questions and needs. Working in a space that is hot and busy, it can be so easy to get overwhelmed and grumpy, but every employee on the line was so kind and wonderful. Thank you all!

  I had such an amazing experience, I had to come back the very next day. Yesterday, Sierra and another young lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch took care of me, and their hospitality was incredible. They were so kind, so welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued. Between the outstanding service and the great food, I knew I had to return. When I came back today, Sierra, Olivia, and McKenzie helped me and once again, the service was 10 out of 10. Sierra remembered me and was just as warm and welcoming as before. Olivia was amazing, and was so helpful attentive and nice! McKenzie was amazing too. All three of them made my visit even better. I wasn’t having the best day, but they really made it better. It’s rare to get such consistently excellent service, and these ladies deserve real recognition. Thank you, Sierra, Olivia, and McKenzie. I’ll definitely be back.
