I had exceptional service at the Cava #101 on Wendover Ave in Greensboro, NC! A’Shanti, literally walked me through the entire experience, educating and guiding me the whole way, and offered samples to help me make the best choices! It was the best service I’ve had in a long time, and my bowl was delicious!!! I recommend stopping by this location!! I also tried a sample of their Strawberry Ginger Drink that will be coming out soon! It was absolutely delicious, satisfying, and refreshing!!! ——-an amazing experience all around!!!!

It’s been consistently good for a few months, but now, everything is extra salty, including the veggies, chicken, beans and every bite, I can taste the grainy salt 😥 and the beans are undercooked too.

It was our first time visiting so we weren't sure how it would go, but the workers were very helpful on explaining how the process of putting the bowl together went. I got the Salmon, my son got steak and my husband got a pita wrap. Everything was so good and very tasty. I especially enjoyed the pita chips and the dill dip!!

I’ve been to this CAVA location three times, and unfortunately every visit has come with some kind of issue. Either employees are unhappy and items are forgotten. All three times I’ve had to wait because something is forgotten. On my most recent visit, the unhappy employee walked away when it was my turn without saying anything or asking someone to take over. Another employee eventually helped me, but once again my pita bread was forgotten. Then when I checked out I noticed I was over charged and had to wait an additional 20 min after waiting in line over 20 min to order. The manager did not consider the extra wait time, inconvenience and embarrassment, I was only refunded the difference instead of being offered a full refund or anything for the poor experience. The manager didn’t even speak to me.
Three visits and three bad experiences. I really enjoy the food, but the inconsistent service and lack of attention to customers have made me question whether I’ll be returning. I will not be returning!
