  I’d give zero stars if I could. Called yesterday and made a reservation for 12 people for 1:00 today. We all show up and are told there’s no reservation. The hostess was incredibly rude. I advised I spoke to someone yesterday. Since I didn’t have his name it didn’t matter. She said she would try to figure out something. She kept telling us we needed to sit down even though we were standing in waiting area and completely out of the way of foot traffic. She was clearly frazzled. She didn’t have any solutions for us and offered zero apologies. Zero accountability. We all had traveled two hours to meet in Greensboro. We ended up leaving. Terrible experience.

  I did not have a good dining experience here today they really spice up their food and I have acid reflux so it immediately sent me into a major coughing spell with the spices on the chicken. I asked our waitress who was very kind if I could get another chicken cooked without all the spices. It took over 45 minutes to get my chicken back to the table where my friend is already eaten and finished. When the new chicken arrived it was very tough. I couldn't eat it so I asked him to take it off my bill and they did. I will not be going back to this location again

  This Carabba’s is not good. I ordered an appetizer as a meal and the server brought we the wrong order. Server took the order to replace it with the correct order and once he brought the correct order with some of the order missing; didn’t let me know it wasn’t available and when I asked about it (15 mins later) told me they were out that particular cheese and wanted to know if I wanted a different cheese. This was not a great experience and I will not be returning. They took a few dollars off my bill for the cheese I didn’t receive but the vibe in the restaurant is cold. I love this restaurant but was very disappointed in this experience.

  Mediocre. Expensive for chain food. I can get made from scratch Italian (including the pasta) back home in Albuquerque for less than what Carrabba’s charges, and it tastes 10x better. This was nothing special. And they messed up my meal, bringing chicken parm instead of the eggplant parm I ordered, and my stepmom’s “lasagna” was just the cheese and sauce slop leftover after they scooped out all the noodles (so yes, her lasagna included ZERO noodles). The Caesar salad was also swimming in salad dressing, which we all agreed was gross. Our waitress was nice, and did her best to fix everything, but considering all the meals were $23+ this was not a good experience and the quality of the food was average at best.

  Lovely Italian restaurant. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. The service was surprisingly fast, and the bartender made me a custom after dinner drink. Unfortunately I'm visiting from another state, otherwise I would definitely come back. But if work ever takes me this direction again, I'll absolutely go here again. Had the lobster ravioli and their chocolate dessert, would highly recommend both, the dessert might have been a bit large for a single person, but definitely a sharable!
