  I visited this location on 9/25 in the morning. I walked in to order a couple dozen bagels. I saw a store that apparently had a very busy morning. They were out of bagels. The young woman, that seemed to be in charge, took charge. She had everyone with realistic expectations of when they would have bagels. Gentlemen at the register advised that they should be there in minutes. I no sooner sat down to wait and in walked a gentlemen with the delivery. The manager handled everything with grace and it was a great experience. The bagels were delicious as well. Great job to this team handling a difficult situation!

  Today was my second day here and I love looking forward to a nice bagel every morning now 😅I can’t remember her name but the woman at the register with the great energy put me onto something I always order to come back. I’ll definitely be a regular here for now on

  I guess I should’ve read the reviews cause I would’ve never eaten there at a 4.0 rating however I was just very hungry. I was craving bagels. I heard Bruel’s bagels were good from somewhere. I don’t even remember and So I thought I’d give it a try the first red flag was the girl at the register with the Short really curly hair light skin absolutely rude no character no face card just straight up blank no hello it was like she was a brick wall. That is not the type of service I will ever pay for. She really seem like she hated her job and I actually hated it for her in any case I was still excited about getting the salmon smoked salmon bagel because I had really had that many times growing up at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento California, but let me tell you this was completely the opposite is the quality was definitely old. I did not open the bagel up until I was in the car at a light starving wanting to take a big bite and honestly I gave it to my dogs that bagel cost $10 I will never get back. It was definitely not worth a penny and the service definitely a zero never will I ever eat there or any other rubbers bagels again thanks to the friendly center associates

  Bagel did not taste good. It was brown and hard and didn’t even feel hot. It was supposed to be a Rosemary Olive Oil Bagel. I was already on the road when I discovered this.
