The bagels that came with specific sandwiches always seemed to be out of order and the service was very slow. The workers were very young, early 20s I think and goofed off quote a bit. They must've had recent management change because everyone is friendly and I can see that they are working hard. So glad that this place has improved so much!! I enjoy coming here and the bagels are delicious!!! 👌

Unclean, dirty, and gross lobby conditions raise a serious concern about the food quality. Literally had a moldy and water leaking ceiling vent drip on my food. I wouldn’t keep livestock in the their current lobby conditions. Disappointing and nauseating.
