- AAAngelaMay 18, 20264.0I've been to this location a few times. The food is good! It's my go to place if I want a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The food is always good! The prices are ok. They could be a little cheaper. They need to work on the service. It's very busy and always seems to be short staffed. This past Saturday was very disappointing. I placed my order and when I got there it wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The purpose of ordering online is so it will be ready I thought. I spoke with another lady waiting and she was still waiting too. It appeared they were making orders for the people who were there and making online orders wait. The coffee was out. The gentlemen ended up refilling it but then the creamer was out. They also didn't put the cream cheese on my sandwich like I ordered. I went back and asked for it since they charge $1 for it. This was one of the best sandwiches I've had from there. Sadly I was frustrated from the unexpected and unwanted wait time. Overall I would recommend but I really hope they get adequate staff to run the place. Three people is not enough. They're too busy for that.
