The service was terrible! Particularly today with our server Hanna M. Our food took a long time to come and they were not busy at all. The thing that upset me the most was i could clearly see our food ready up by the heating lamp but she was no where to be found. After a good while she comes out with her hair braided. When she first took our order her hair was in a bun. That’s why it took her so long to get our food to our table. She was doing her hair in the back somewhere. Prior to this she with the bartender and two others having long conversations. I know things can get slow but it was very unprofessional seeing we were waiting on her. The food was not good either because it had been sitting out for a while.

Just wasted $80. 10:30 reservation, half empty restaurant but It took 50 minutes to get our food which sat in the window for at least 15 minutes waiting on something. Poorly cooked Sunnyside up eggs were supposed to be scrambled. There's not supposed to be uncooked egg white on top. Gross. Wife's waffles were rock hard cookies sitting in melted marscapone cheese. $7.99 for the half a bowl of fruit. Won't be back ever.

I have quit going to Bravo for the most part because of the food service being so horrible. This is the 2nd time 6 months we have gone to the Greensboro location. We have had the exact same experience where we have waited OVER an HOUR to get food served. I would recommend not going to this restaurant until they figure out how to fix this significant problem.

Celebrated our son graduating from High Point University today by having a delicious celebratory dinner at Brio Italian Grille! First time here and wished we had found them during our four years traveling to NC! Our server Ryan, who is an alumni of HPU, was excellent and very attentive! Would highly recommend his services if you visit. All the staff were friendly including Rose the hostess who checked on us before leaving and managed the extremely busy crowd waiting to be seated with patience and grace! Highly recommend making reservations as many walk-ins were told there would be very long wait times. Btw their crème brûlée is fantastic!!!

No greet or engagement at the host stand for 5 min as I stood right in front of her. Reservation was 15 min late so we sat at the bar. We waited 10 min before we were acknowledged and we're then treated as there was no time. 3 bartenders 6 guests at the bar. Offer of drinks came then order was taken and that was the last interaction untill the xheck was dropped while I sat without anything to drink and half way through the meal. My wife would have liked another glass of wine but there wasn't an opportunity for that. We did meet a shining star at the end Hannah who I cheered on and told her to keep pushing. The food was good and came out quickly except my salad came with my meal instead of before. The leadership team in this restaurant can do better and they owe to there guests to do so. Lots of choices out there.
