  Quite the enjoyable experience, first time at a Bonefish Grill! Great food, and drinks, great deals with specials on drinks and appetizers. Everyone at the Four Seasons Greensboro location did a wonderful job! They all went out of their way to accommodate me and my little service Dog Dude ! Lexey was a very experienced and professional server , and couldn’t have done a better job taking care of our every need! Went over and above to make it great for both of us! Manager Stevie , and manager Bailey stopped by to make sure everything was top notch! They all really went out of their way to make it a great experience for us both! They really care about their customer’s satisfaction! Appreciate you ALL ! We will be back soon to see you again!

  It had been awhile since hubby & I had dined at a Bone Fish Grill and we stopped at the location in Greensboro on a whim ... it was delicious! Our server, TiAnna was so sweet and offered sauces on the side, brought us each TWO signature sauces when we couldn't decide and made several good recommendations. Hubby enjoyed the WaHoo Special & I had a tasty Grouper entree. And the Bang-Bang Shrimp appetizer was yummy, as always. Pleasant hosts, great service, good food, reasonable price -- what more could you ask for!?!

  Friends this is the 1st time I have ever been to Bonefish and it was simply amazing!! The bang bang shrimp is hands down one of the best items I have ever eaten. You can try to match it but you will never beat it. The grilled trout was spectacular by itself but whenever I added some Pan Asian sauce it added something extra! This meal completely and utterly satisfied my taste buds!!! To top it all off we had the best service ever from Tijuana! It has been a long time since I had a server who knew the entire menu so well. Thank you so much Bonefish!!!

  I had a great time celebrating a birthday here. This was our first visit, and everything started off well. Samantha was friendly and provided great service throughout the meal. Unfortunately, her attitude changed after receiving the cash tip, seemingly because it wasn’t the amount she expected. What she didn’t know was that several people in our group were planning to leave additional tips on the receipt as a surprise before we left. After the sudden shift in her attitude and the way we were treated, we decided against it. The experience left a sour taste and completely changed our impression of the restaurant. We’ve never felt judged or confronted over a tip at any restaurant before. It’s disappointing because the service was good until that moment, and it overshadowed what should have been a great first experience.

  Had a good time just enjoying one another for a birthday. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE. Samantha was nice and did her job great until given the tip. The entire energy shifted due to her apparently not getting the amount that she wanted in the cash given. A few of us WERE going to write in nice extra tips just as a little surprise for when we left, but it didn’t go as planned because of the sudden attitude we received. Left such a sour taste for the establishment.
