We went in at 2:45, and they said their bo bites were still FROZEN. Biscuit takes like nothing, fries are way too salty, and no bo bites means I have to get their subpar chicken strips. Literally no reason to even go without the bo bites. Worthless restaurant.

We have been waiting for over 5 minutes before anyone even bothered to make our food. Everyone is standing around the counter staring at the customers while drive through customers are ACTIVELY coming in for wrong orders. Food is sitting on the counter and no one is being called for it. They are actively using the microwave to heat food that should already be hot. There are customers in here waiting long before I walked in here. Friends of employees are allowed behind the counter in pajamas telling the employees what to do. This place used to be an amazing family friendly spot for after school shopping now you walk in and immodestly hear employees cussing across the building about having to serve customers. I would recommend getting a new staff or just spending your money else-wear. The hardest working employee here is a new one who you can tell was not trained properly but is trying her absolute best to keep everything in order. And for her is why I give two for service.

Just this morning the lady didn’t say anything just stared at me when she opened the drive thru window. I said good morning. She doesn’t say anything. Then she reached out for my card to pay. Just not friendly people. And then I get this sandwich (which is pictured) and the sandwich was tough, and chewy. Guess this is what fast food is coming too. Smh.
