- VTVega TDM5 days ago1.0They refuse to serve people in the drive through. Every time I come here they make me park and come inside if to want to order, cutting me off in the middle of giving their AI my order and having to come inside and start all over while waiting on the slow staff who can't work their own computers and registers. Literally standing inside right now waiting on an order I put in over 30 minutes ago. Manager is standing in front of me and has no idea what's going on whatsoever. Sorry excuse for fast food.

We informed the manager but he told us he saw, only really asked one employee to wear two gloves, then sort of hushed us out the door. Said to have a great night, but I cannot recommend it here. The register was down and only two kiosks were available to order, but they didn't seem to be working as they locked the doors once it was brought to their attention.

Walked in with my mother yesterday & a young lady was at the counter but didn’t greet us or anything she just stood there & continued doing what she was doing as if she had an attitude. Young guy comes to take our order he was ok but his customer service should be improved as well. THEN the (manager I assume) white lady comes to fix our food… DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS & NO GLOVES & messing in her hair. She didn’t speak as well. Only thing she said was “Ok sir your food is ready”… frfr this is a great location food is always 10/10 but it’s the customer service that brings it down. DO BETTER!!!
