- DDDylan Driggers3 days ago1.0You can't make it right. You already tried to replace my meal and had us wait another 25 minutes for yet another incorrect order. You specifically need to hire management and pay and train your team at this store to do their jobs efficiently. This location has no business being in business it's as if you know people are still going to come to your business regardless of your service, so until I've heard word that the service as drastically improved, I don't want a remake or a refund I will just go to the one on Cone that is properly managed even though it's further away. You've taken the convenience away from the location by having the most lacking customer service I've ever seen at a restaurant.

I used to live right down the street from this place and I remember when it was being built now my buddy who loves Bojangles he goes there a lot so he has a lot of problems there a lot of times they’re out of food at like five or six because nobody there to make it kind of stinks. This place should be rocking over there. It’s a very fast growing area, but they have such a hard time finding good workers now I don’t know what they offer but something tells me that if they offered 12 to 14 an hour they probably would do a lot better. I don’t know why but I got a feeling they don’t offer that much per hour anyway I’ve never had any problems with this place, but I do know depending on when you go. It can be kind of rough, but I’m lucky on this day. Food was fresh service was great. Good times! ❤️💕💕❤️

The young woman working the cashier even made a comment to him to let him know it was inappropriate. From there he ignored my beverage order, so I was standing and waiting, but nothing was being made. The young woman at the front reminded him about the drink and then he argued with her about the order. I did eventually get two iced coffees, but the order was one sweet cream and one vanilla but that was ignored. I mentioned it to the young woman but she walked away, so I left the store. My family moved to NC just last week and this store has made me feel so unwelcome. I will never return to this store.
