- MMMarlen MartinezSep 25, 20261.0Please don’t go here is nasty, dirty restaurant no one cleans workers do not clean and person that was taking order had soiled ripped gloves using keypad packing bag and his friend walked to restroom so he walked to rest room where guy was with same gloves on and came back to making biscuit sandwich grabbing egg with those same dirty gloves!!!! Nasty workers in there and on top of that there was a family in there eating. Inspection need come unannounced.

It changed my order three different times, and everyone in the drive-thru line seemed to be having trouble placing their orders. It took nearly ten minutes just to get to the menu. I eventually left the drive-thru and went inside, only to be greeted by kiosks for ordering. Unfortunately, the kiosks weren’t particularly easy or intuitive to use either. Another customer waiting in line mentioned that he had essentially given up on using the drive-thru because he experienced the same issues. He also said that the last time he tried ordering through it, his order was incorrect when he received it. Overall, the new system seems to be creating more problems than it’s solving. The ordering process was unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.

If I can’t wash my hands in the establishment, I’m definitely not spending my hard earned money at a place like this. I won’t ever stop to eat at Bojangles again. Bad business!!!
