  This place sucks!!! It takes 30 miin to get your food no matter if it’s one person in line or 10, the food is always sub par, fries are always old and crunchy, and the management does nothing to help out the front when they clearly have no idea what they are doing, the girl at the register has to take every order in line before she hands out food, its ridiculous, just close it down

  Food is usually always well made. The place is tiny and crowded especially when a lot of people want Bojangles. The service could be a lot better. There's usually a significant wait if you don't order online and then come 20 minutes later or so. Earlier this week I went there with my friend, and we both ordered online. My order was ready when I got there but my friend's order had an over 1 hour long wait. He had ordered the bojangler sandwich just cuz it sounded funny, not knowing it had fish in it. They apparently had no fish and then just put his order off to the side. When they finally realized that he had been waiting for so long they apologized and made him a chicken sandwich, at least. But also, the whole time we were waiting, we witnessed the manager yelling at the cooks to work together as a team to get these orders out. There was a large amount of people waiting. We had gone there like early evening/late afternoon because usually in my experience it's less crowded at that hour. It was also like the first day of the fall semester they were probably open tho. Also, usually the employees my age working there (college age) are pretty apathetic and sometimes make me wonder if I annoyed them by asking to pick up my order or whatever. I'm sure they're just tired and wanna go home, but it would be nice if I didn't walk in there anticipating that kind of interaction. The older employees (30s and up) are usually wonderful, nice people who make me feel welcome. They're usually only working the front in the earlier hours that I've seen.

  They drive-thru was incredibly slow. The folks working there were super nice, though. Which makes things way nice to deal with. Didn't get a utensil to eat with or my fries, but they corrected it and, again, super nice. Makes everything manageable.
