    Walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady today, August 9, at approximately 5 pm. Took our order with a smile! Order was done quickly and correctly. We ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a large orange cream milkshake.

    After having a bad customer experience at attitude from an employee at the Arby’s on Bridford parkway, I drove out of their drive thru and drove 15 minutes to come to this Arby’s by wet n wild. I was able to place my order and receive my food with no problems and excellent attitude from the lady who took my family’s order. Thank you! I guess driving 20 minutes from my house to eat Arby’s is better than driving 5 minutes away when the employees make you feel like you are welcomed and are friendly. Thank you
