    I would normally give Arby's a five star rating. Yesterday was not good. Didnt receive a receipt so no way to say anything. I had hot curly fries. Wonderful! My first ever hot large roast beef sandwich. It was steaming, I could hardly eat it to take a bite! The bun was wet on both sides. I took my tray up to the counter, a couple of feet back as he was waiting on others. Ignored then told cook to toast me a bun. Wanted several more minutes and went back and ate my curly fries and drank some drink. Went back up and waited so I could let him watch me throw away my sandwich. They and appetite was gone. He was surprised I wasn't taken care of. I wont go to that Arby's again and it's close to me. Thank yoi for listening. South Holden Road, Greensboro, NC
