  Not sure who the gentleman was that was working the drive through window at about 1:30 on July 5 but I haven’t ate at Arby’s in like 10 years. I received a flyer so to a coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich and I wanted to try it as I placed my order for my family of 3. So I pull around and I tell him I want to get a spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwich as I didn’t want the combo. He said you want a pecan chicken. I said no. He said can you repeat that. I said a spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwich. He said so a number 6? I said I’m not sure I just know it says spicy chicken sandwich. He said so a number 6. I told him I haven’t ate here in years so I’m not sure I just know it’s a spicy chicken sandwich he said so a number 6 I told him again I wasn’t sure but I guess it was. Number 6 on the menu outside said buffalo sandwich which is why I wasn’t sure and he replied with an attitude …. “I mean it’s not that hard but aiight” I told him I will go order at a different Arby’s and I hope he has a blessed day and is able to loose the attitude. He then replied “mmmmm aiight then”. So now I’m driving about 15 minutes away to go order my food at the Arby’s by wet n wild because they never disappoint my other family members.

  Drive through line just didn't move at all. Weekday lunch around 2pm.

  Worst experience of me and my husband’s life. Waited in line for 20+ minutes, food was cold, and they had attitudes at the window. Really wish we got her name..

  Have very immature young workers . Thinking it’s funny to play jokes on customers in the drive thru .they need to learn how to be more professional and respectful.

  I always have a little trouble getting around that drive through curve. Other than that the service is always good my food is always cook fresh and I'm always a satisfied customer .... will always come back. Your staff team members are always pleasant serving with a smile.
