  We normally have the best experience here this is where me and my now fiancée first met ,however this time around we were met with this very rude woman who was was acting as if she had a problem with us even being here in the first place she was snappy rude and just her whole attitude towards us felt unwelcoming . Now we don’t know this woman never met her until today , we asked another employee to speak to the manager she then informs us the rude woman who lacks proper customer service is in fact the MANAGER what ? Now I don’t know if she’s just having a bad day or arbys has lowered their standards but I do know this location has lost our money

  It was ok I guess I am used to old customer service. Today The Staff was not so attentive. I am used to receiving a greating or at least I will be with you in a moment it kinda of drives me crazy when The Staff walks past You while they are busy with out saying at least We will be with you shortly.

  Went to Arby’s on my lunch break and ordered the standard Half Pound Roast Beef sandwich which does not come with ranch sauce. I specifically mentioned this to employee (Jacob W.) yet, still received the Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar. I went back in and proceeded to show this to the MOD, she responded, “alright,” then took it back. However, nothing else was said to me and waited for almost over 10 minutes. Having to be back I work, I just said screw it and left. A full $15+ dollars wasted in the middle of high inflation. Won’t ever go back there again.

  Not sure who the gentleman was that was working the drive through window at about 1:30 on July 5 but I haven’t ate at Arby’s in like 10 years. I received a flyer so to a coupon for a spicy chicken sandwich and I wanted to try it as I placed my order for my family of 3. So I pull around and I tell him I want to get a spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwich as I didn’t want the combo. He said you want a pecan chicken. I said no. He said can you repeat that. I said a spicy chicken sandwich just the sandwich. He said so a number 6? I said I’m not sure I just know it says spicy chicken sandwich. He said so a number 6. I told him I haven’t ate here in years so I’m not sure I just know it’s a spicy chicken sandwich he said so a number 6 I told him again I wasn’t sure but I guess it was. Number 6 on the menu outside said buffalo sandwich which is why I wasn’t sure and he replied with an attitude …. “I mean it’s not that hard but aiight” I told him I will go order at a different Arby’s and I hope he has a blessed day and is able to loose the attitude. He then replied “mmmmm aiight then”. So now I’m driving about 15 minutes away to go order my food at the Arby’s by wet n wild because they never disappoint my other family members.
