This location is brand new, so I was expecting a much better experience. I stopped by for the first time today and left thoroughly disappointed. To start, $22 for two cups of coffee is already hard to justify, and I wasn’t even offered a receipt. More concerning, however, was the customer service. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and the syrup and coffee were completely separated. I understand this may be done for presentation purposes, but as a first-time customer, I had no idea I needed to specifically ask for my $11 coffee to be stirred. When I politely asked if it could be mixed or shaken, the employee rolled her eyes, gave the cup a very light shake that did nothing to fix the issue, and handed it back. She said something afterward, but the music outside was so loud that I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. To make matters worse, neither of our drink lids had been secured properly. I’m willing to pay premium prices for coffee, but I expect decent service and attention to detail in return. Between the long lines, rude staff, excessively loud atmosphere, and poor overall experience, I don’t see myself returning to this location.

Before I start this review I want to acknowledge that I once worked/ managed another 7brew in the past and have expectations set. I came early in the morning before I had to go to work, and was greeted fine, but once I started taking my order and asking questions, it’s almost like I was being dismissed. I was the only person in both lanes, and felt as though I was being rushed and judged for what I was asking for. Literally just the secret menu flavors. I had to ask the girl 3 times if I could see the secret menu flavors, and she was listing 3 off the top of her head that I didn’t prefer. She had the iPad right in front of her, and could’ve showed me options without listing 3 of the many I didn’t prefer. So I had to off the top of my head come up with a flavor combination that I honestly didn’t want but “I had no choice”. I asked for a large size, 2x sweet, 3x extra drizzle (because honestly they’re a bit stingy with the drizzle, and I’ve never had to ask for 3x), and cold foam. She’s making faces as I’m ordering which doesn’t sit right with me. After I order, her back is facing me the whole time which normally they’re supposed to be conversing with customers and asking the questions of the day. Once my drink came out it was a medium and I told her “im sorry I asked for a large” and she took it back inside and I saw her inside getting annoyed with people on machine and telling them to fix it. She comes back out and again ignores me and is not facing me. The other employees inside kept looking at me and giving me dirty looks which is never a great feeling. She gives me back my drink which was right, and I say nicely “thank you have a great day” and she walks away without saying anything. That is not the 7brew experience my store, or any stores should be giving to customers. I know it’s a new location and I remember the stress of opening, and being new. But it’s not hard to be nice, helpful, and considerate. Positives: I’ve came 1 other time and the young man who talked to me while I was waiting for my drink was amazing and funny. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I just hope they really take this seriously and notice my experience so no one else has to go through something like this. Please train your staff on customer service and etiquette! I still love and rooting for you 7Brew!
Delicious! My in laws visited a few times since opening so I decided to them a go. We tried the sugar free bubble gum smoothie with peach base and a cereal milk matcha latte. The smoothie was a 100 of out 10 😍 so so good! I’m not a matcha lover and wanted to give it a try - it wasn’t bad. Not very sweet. I feel as though someone who enjoys matcha drinks would’ve loved it. It wasn’t bad very quick service. Can’t beat their pricing We came around 10 pm on a Saturday. 7brew was gifting shirts with a Large drink purchase, so we got ours. I would definitely be back!
7 Brews Battleground Ave Greensboro NC….really don’t understand how they could have picked that spot to build right at one of the busiest roads there is, knowing good and well 7 Brews is a popular, busy business. Where the heck do you think the long lines of cars are going to be?!!! SMH!!! Police had to stop the traffic right in the middle of the road to let cars out and to come and go! Really stupid!!! And my sugar free cold brew coffee was terrible! My first time experience was the one in Wilkesboro NC on the way to the mountains and it was wonderful and their building was not out on the road. Had plenty of space for cars!!!
I was so excited when this Greensboro location opened because I’ve been driving 30 minutes to the High Point location for a long time. I love 7 Brew, so I couldn’t wait to have one closer to home.
Unfortunately, I’ve had two visits that haven’t been great.
On my first visit, my coffee was handed to me covered in spilled coffee and cold foam. I had to ask multiple times for it to be wiped off while several employees stood talking. By the time I got my drink back, the cold foam had already started to melt.
I gave the location another chance today during the 2-for-$9 special, but the customer service was disappointing again. I understand the drive-thru gets busy, but employees were yelling for customers to pull their cars extremely close to the vehicles in front of them, and one employee rolled her eyes while directing traffic. A friendlier approach would have made all the difference.
I’ve always had great experiences at the High Point location, so I know how welcoming 7 Brew can be. I hope this location improves because I’d really like to make it my new regular spot.
