  Bro please just get orders right. Spent $54 for a doordash order for 2 people. My wifes only food item, a market salad was not included at all. No straws included with our 2 milkshakes. Another disappointing order from chick-fil-a, I dont know why I give this place more chances. The name does not live up to the reputation they used to have.

  Wanted breakfast got there at 10:25 partly my fault understandable. Now here’s the pickle. I ordered a 12 grilled nuggets. That fine placed the order at 10:32am didn’t get my 12 grilled nuggets to 10:52am, 20 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me, I understand the rush it’s okay. But how do i pay and wait just to only receive 8 nuggets. Come on now

  I have dined in twice. Both times it was very stressful and overwhelming with how loud it was and cramped. Today May 16th,2026, my husband went through the drive thru and had the WORST experience ever. He never complains and called me so mad. Theres two lanes . One says go to the dining parking and the other is for the drive thru. So many people flew by in the dining room line. It can be prevented with some traffic cones. My husband told a worker before ordering and when he got his food. It is not organized . After he went to the window he then had to pull forward and wait more for his food. I was hoping it would be better than innes because i do not like the Innes chick fil a at all. Please consider this when going.

  Foods good when you get it...dont expect the fast in fast food, you'll be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes whether you go inside or drive-thru. Been here all times of the day and it doesn't matter the wait still sucks. Not even a close comparison but definitely the slowest chickfila I've ever been to.

  Employees still in training. Super long wait time. After waiting about 25 minutes I asked for my money back. The manager found my order but not my drink. Trying to train to many people at a time. Should have been more orderly.
