- CSCasey SmithSep 28, 20262.0I don't think I've ever seen a place of a 2.7 star rating. The owners clearly need to do something here because that is a horrendous rating. With that being said, I don't know if it is all deserving. Some of it seems like it's more of the idea of the corporate greed rather than this actual location. Each time that I've gotten my item it has been prompt, quick, and the service has been friendly and wonderful. When I got the first pumpkin spice latte of the season it was delicious. So far they have never made a mistake on the food. Where I think a lot of people have qualms is absolutely on any drink that requires ice or other liquids. I went and bought a drink today. Asked for light ice and on the drink it didn't even say light ice. The drink was 75% ice on a medium, this equated to about three sips of the actual drink. This is now the second time that I've came that this has happened and so I struggle to think that this is just an accident. Something needs to change here, and I don't think that every other person that's given a low review is wrong. Management pay attention. On a quick side note, the drive in and drive out is very easy. It's in a large open location and doesn't give you the worry that you're actually going to crash into something like some of the other ones.

If it wasn't for the concrete median thingy beside me I would have pulled out of the line. Had ordered a frozen coffee with whip cream on top and the whip had separated and it was no longer frozen and I told the girl at the drive through that I ordered a frozen coffee and she said it is a frozen coffee and I said it doesn't look frozen to me and she said well it's been sitting here for a minute well duh cause I've been sitting here for 40 mins .. but I said well that looks like it's been sitting there for more than a minute. But I was not waiting for another one... Thankfully I had brought a frozen cup with me to put it in.... That was also the first time I've been to the Granite falls falls Dunkin and I won't be going back....
