I was cursed out by an Anna in 2025. There was a survey after I received my pizza. In the survey, I had noted that the pizza was thin, even though I asked for the thicker crust pizza along with paying for extra to receive this thicker crust. I then received a voice message from someone named Anna. Anna called and told me to call back regarding a complaint. I did not want to call back but then she called me once Again. Upon answering this call and then begin to degrade me, be disrespectful, and curse me out. I’ve been waiting to make this review since late 2025 because I feared that because they knew my home address that there would be some type of retaliation. I have now moved and I am comfortable speaking my experience with these people. On the phone words were exchanged back-and-forth. I did not start the call, cursing at all however, she immediately began cursing me out and asking me to never leave a review again. Therefore, I gave that energy back to Ms. Anna. If I recieve any calls again, it better be from corporate. So here I am leaving my review. In addition, I have attached a screenshot of the transcribed voicemail that was left on my phone. I would not recommend this place. And if I ever get a call again, I will be suing this location.
