- MMMiniApr 23, 20263.0Mixed feelings about this location. I want to just give one star based on recent history, but I'm hopeful it will turn around at the Graham restaurant. It's on our way home, and the kids live Mcdonalds, so it's easy on game nights. The food is usually good if it's correct, and still fresh and warm. That is subject to wait times. I've lived in the area and gone to this location since I was a kid... so, for 40+ years, I remember coming here. The last 3 visits have convinced me to review the service accordingly. First, they had specialty meals that started last month. I ordered one for my granddaughter, and we were missing all of the items that made the meal a specialty. When I went BACK to the store for the items, I went inside, was ignored by the staff, and finally a manager helped speed it up. I was in the store 20+ minutes picking up MISSING ITEMS. I decided to give it another go after a couple weeks and while the drive through employees were so sweet, they gave my order to the car ahead of me. I was at the drive through 45 minutes that night as they fumbled around and kept bringing me other people's food. But the manager was sweet about it. Tonight was the cherry on top. I've learned my lesson. I will not be back any time soon. Either this location is understaffed or improperly trained. We were blocked into the drive thru for 15 minutes before the line MOVED. We sat in the same spot for 15 minutes! In all, we were in line for 30 minutes, and that's just ridiculous. Please do better, I actually usually love this location!
