It had been at least five to six months since I had my poor service experience but I was sick and had just left urgent care. I stopped in to get something to have at home for us to eat and something that I could snack on later that day. I went in to purchase two orders with three legs and three thighs. When I got there there was no one in line ahead of me, I placed my order and step to the side. Two more people had entered the restaurant behind me. One gentleman ordered a lot of food and once he was finished the young lady asked him if he would like to have a tee while he waited. And I found this strange because she didn't know how long it was going to take for his food to be ready but she offered him tea. Then another later place her order. This became a situation of me being the first one in last one out. While I was waiting the first customer to come in the restaurant but the first order they bought up was the man who ordered the family meals, the man she offered the tea too, got his order first. Then the lady behind him got her order next so I was not understanding this. After the two people behind me got their food I went to the counter and ask them where was my order because I had been there for a minute. They couldn't find my order even though I paid for it and had a receipt. Then they went to the window where they had food warming and pulled a box and tried to give me stating that box as my chicken. Now I'm real observant and particular, I saw that box sitting in the window under the warmer when I first came in and placed my order while I was standing waiting to receive my food so I knew that wasn't my order. Plus I didn't want old food! Well they were trying to figure out what happened to my food .They finally came up and said oh your order was placed in the drive-thru. Now I couldn't understand this at all I honestly I was too sick to even do any kind of disputing with anyone and at this point I'm literally disgusted with the service once again. So I told them just give me my money back please. The young lady that was trying to find my order who was actually prepping meals on the food line said she apologized for the inconvenience and she didn't know what was happening. I understood this because that wasn't the area that she was working in, the young lady who actually did it never apologize and put forth zero effort to even find out what happened to my order. The manager own shift came up said absolutely nothing, she didn't apologize she just gave me my money back. So I contacted their corporate office through an email, someone was supposed to get back with me. To this day July the 19th 2026 almost a month ago no one has gotten back with me about my food order or the customer service and I honestly don't even think they care. Well we already know that will be a location I will never return to and will tell everybody that I know how the service sucks.

I asked for extra vanilla and she nods her head at me as she says I already put 10 pumps in there with her hand holding out and the coffee definitely doesnt taste like it and the food taste like it had been sitting out for hours very very bad customer service I wouldn’t even feed my dog that biscuit. Considering she supposed to be One of the higher-ups I would expect better.
