  I hadn't ate at Arby's in quite awhile but decided to stop by the drive-thru. I didn't see what I was looking for on the menu so I asked if the item was still available. I received the most rude, smart mouthed reply. I didn't say anything nor did I place my order, I simply drove off and went to a business where staff was helpful, kind and appreciated my money. Staff and customer service is a reflection on a company as a whole.

  Keep in mind im comparing this to other similar places. This location, the food is always fresher and the staff is friendly, it is still Arby's so just expect a little higher caliber food and service from this location.

  We've been home owners in Graham since the early 90s. We have frequently visited this restaurant. Let me tell you that's changing today because their Management is worthless when it comes to them correcting a wrong order. We ordered 2 Philly Steak Sandwiches with no onions. They both had onions on them. My husband picked through one of them to try to remove the onions and threw the mess away. I took the other sandwich back. I expected both to be replaced. Nope. They would only replace the one I brought back. Apparently they thought I was trying to get something for free. I wasn't. I only wanted what we paid for! CORRECTLY! Yep, lots of other choices we'll use. Oh and to the Manager....2 steak sandwiches made wrong that you refused to correct, has cost you 2 customers. Without customers you don't have a job.
