  Very disappointing experience. The kids’ game machine was not working, but there was no sign or notice saying it was out of order. It took my money and did not work at all. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers. If a machine is broken, it should be clearly marked as out of order instead of allowing people to put money into it. I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone, especially families with children. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

  Did not get my order right! I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it tasted like plastic. My husband got a cheese coney and the hot dog tasted like it was warmed up not actually cooked. The only thing that was edible that we ordered was the French fries. Im usually a big fan of sonic but I will not be eating at the goldsboro sonic location again.

  I was literally in line for 30 mins. Ive had faster steak dinners. All I had was a double cheeseburger..

  Stopped in for just an ice cream. Pushed the button, the girl asks what she can get me and I told her. She said hold on. She came back on 2 minutes later and asked what I wanted, like she hadn't just spoken to me. I tell her again and get no response. Backed out and left.

  This is THE worst sonic I've ever been to, and I've been to sonics all over the country. Waited forever for our food and over half the order was wrong/missing. It's nothing but problems anytime I've ever gone. I don't know why I keep trying to go when I know it's going to be horrible. This will be my last time going. The franchisee needs to have their franchise revoked, because it's been like this for years.
