I went in and told the girl at the mobile pick up that I had one and told her the name she said “ok we’re working on it,” they were busy, but 20 minutes go by, so I finally say “hey I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes do you know how much longer my mobile is gonna be” and she was like “you told ME you had a mobile” like yes obviously, but either way why should it matter who I told I’ve been there 20 minutes for the food I PAYED FOR. I had finally gotten my food and it only took her like a minute to prepare, so I don’t understand what the wait was for busy or not. Anyways it was just horrible having to wait so long and the girl was very rude. The staff were also VERY slow on purpose… it showed and they did not care whatsoever about their customers. It was overall a terrible experience.

She said they ran out of chicken but there were probably 10 people behind me that got thier food before I got mine. I get home and there were no biscuits, no Cajun pintos, my seasoned fries was a small order that was supposed to be a large but wasn't and they were cold and hard like they were under the lamp a long time. I got my dirty rice but it was s small one instead of a large on and there no seasoning and no flavor and was very watery. Very bad

However, once my 3 year old granddaughter saw the 5 dead flies in the windowsill of our booth, even she wouldn't finish eating. Asked for a manager, waited 7+ minutes for the manager to tell me, "Well, the amount of work we have to do doesn't allow us to clean up the dead flies." I wasn't even offered any kind of replacement or reimbursement for my granddaughters dinner. Never again!!
