  I placed an order for pickup & first thing I noticed was the parking lot was filthy, and had litter, trash, and smashed food all over the place. I walk inside after waiting ten minutes for my order to be ready, and I’m immediately greeted with smoke and a fire alarm going off. The three employees ignored me and wandered around acting as if they’re on some sort of drug & talking/laughing with one another and refusing to come over to the counter. I finally get one girl to come over and tell her my name. I then proceed to wait 30 MINUTES for my order which already said it was ready! I kept trying to get one of the worker’s attention for a refund, especially since I saw them touching everything and sweeping with the same gloves they’re prepping food with (and piling all the trash and food onto the floor middle where the drain is?) and they’re just ignoring the smoke haze and smoke alarm, but I’m ignored again. I watched several people with pickup orders come in after me (and their times were after I placed mine) get their food. I finally get mine and it’s not even the correct order. The service was the worst I’ve ever had at a TB, the place is filthy, rude, slow & they couldn’t even get my order right.

  Taco Bell. 1110 E. Hudson blvd. Gastonia, NC. Walked in today to place an order and was told I had to use the kiosk. I was told I could not order at the counter. There were no cars in the drive thru and nobody else in the dining room. I don't like to use the kiosks because too many people touch them. So I guess I won't be going back to Taco Bell as selling food doesn't seem to be a priority for them.

  Horrible! The worse so called customer service!!! Unbelievable wait! To be threatened! Ridiculous!!!!! Food old, dry! And stale!!!! Shut down night shift! They are incapable of absolutely anything!

  I brought 2 large nacho fries n a regular one and I only got one as a cashier they need to check there items b4 passing it out the order taker took my order correctly my order number was #214
