  Every time we order here, SOMETHING is missing. This time, we were missing TWO whole meal items. And we hardly ever get straws. We don’t eat Taco Bell often, but when we do, this place lets us down. I used to love this location but it’s been terrible this past year.

  Every-time we order, we’re missing half the food, it’s not cut correctly or made correctly and the worst Taco Bell location in our area. Consistently the worst Taco Bell experience

  Order a Dorito loco taco add extra sour cream and jalapeño peppers… Got exactly that .. Thanks The A/C was blasting too.. Love it lol

  I’m giving Taco Bell one star because it was a terrible experience. First, they gave me incomplete food, so after I got home, I had to go back and tell them what was missing. They gave me the missing items, but then I realized my Double Beef burrito had no beef at all—just rice. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further out to the Taco Bell on Franklin Street if that’s what you want. It’s worth it. I won’t be coming back.

  Bought 5 cheesy rice burritos....they were half sized...had zero cheese sauce....and the beans were on one end and rice on the other. A 7 yr old could assembled a better burrito! Plus I asked for extra sauce and got 1 per burrito. You need extra sauce when all your tasting is dry beans. Restaurant is at 2125 N. Chester Street Gastonia NC 28052
