  Service is HORRIBLE! I waited over 30 minutes for my meal. When I asked how much long it was going to be I was told they were waiting on my tenders to get done and I didn’t even order that. Not to mention she came out with someone else’s ticket for me to pay for absolutely NOT!!!! This place needs new management that’s for sure or someone who can run it! I will never return back to this place!

  Systems down? Yet somehow I can get the preview that my order is being prepared? Smart thing to do would be to tell your manager to turn off DoorDash orders. But apparently not. Another thing, if your systems are down, my order would not be processed AT ALL. But ok just let people waste their money because of laziness. Second time now yall have pulled this bs.

  I pulled up on a Sunday afternoon with only 1 other car there. Pushed the button and no answer. So, I pushed it again and still no answer. No signs saying they were closed and they helped a car go through the drive through without issue. This place was a crap hole 3 years ago and hasn’t changed. They might as well close this location down because no one wants to do their job here.

  Pulled into the parking spot & hit the red button to declare im here for pick-up like the sonic app told me to do. Waited 10 minutes for a response which was; abrupt, caloused and rude. Stating that there will be a 5 minute wait and even though they never took my name to even know what order im picking up they just say "itll be out when its ready." Unless you read my name via my mind telepathically you dont even have any idea im here until you take my name. To treat customers with such disregard is rediculous.

  Worst service, NO ONE EVER TOOK MY ORDER while I was parked for 15minutes, pushed button 3-times. The drive thru was backed up, people from in their cars loudly complaining about the wait, about the attitude of food runners. Gentleman asked for the manager and she came out and was very rude to the customer. I intentionally went through the drive thru and sat waiting for service for another 7minutes. Tried to give my order only to be interrupted, staff continued to ask me to repeat myself before I could finish the order. The staff of this 'restaurant' which that term is being used solely to identify b/c it is anything but that is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. 4 people working and more cars left then were served in the 49minutes it took just to order.
