Ask for fish & shrimp 🍤 dinner (OMG) got home 🏡 (THIS) no shrimp, fish hard, vegetables over cooked, bag full of juice 😔 the only thing that was good was the broccoli 🥦, I was soooo disappointed, one I was headed back to Charlotte and it was alittle late, so I decided to stop here in Gastonia (why 🤔) this was sooooo disappointing 😞 not saying I want return, but I'll check everything b4 leaving (I was tired plus coming from ATL) just wanted something good and get home 🏡 😢

I probably eat at this location three or four times a week. The food is very consistent. The Waitstaff does a great job My only complaint Is that the tables are all sticky? It’s not because they’re not cleaned. I’m not sure if there’s it’s the products that are being used or that they’re old and need to be refinished. Hope this helps

I want to say that I love the Showmars on Franklin. I use the app they have and save money. I am a senior citizen and get the most respect from their employees, every time I go in. I was chatting with one of their managers, and lo and behold her name is Faye. That is my middle name and that's what I go by. She is one of the sweetest people I know. So kind. Her parents should be proud of her. The service is awesome, as well as the food. Thank you Showmars on Franklin in Gastonia for your service. Well done.

Not handicapped friendly to the entrance. Inside was very spacious for those with wheelchairs and walkers. You have to climb a hill to get to the entrance.

Poor service. Tables sticky. Understaffed. The person mopping the floors was also the person bringing out the food. Also, the smell of Fabuloso while eating is a bit unapettizing.
