You enter your order yourself, and pick up your food at the window, so there isn't any service. Toilets are gross. It's good food, but you can get as good or better sandwiches elsewhere at the same price or better, and not feel like you are getting ripped off.

I have made this repeat mistake 3 times now unfortunately. The first trip, they didn’t have mac and cheese. Second trip, they didn’t have BREAD!? Panera bread straight up didn’t have bread… This time they didn’t have tomato slices for sandwiches. Management is completely and utterly failing this panera team by not equipping them with the resources they need to succeed. This is also the grossest bathroom I have ever seen for a Panera. Most gas station bathrooms are cleaner than this place. It’s absolutely repulsive and I will never return here again.
