  I ordered 2 happy meals and neither of them had the chicken nuggets unfortunately I didn’t realize until my kids are already opening their boxes during school lunch.

  Every single time we come here we have to wait 45 minutes plus in the drive thru parking spots even when we order 30 minutes ahead. I’m local and close by so this was our go to McDonald’s. When I mean every time, I mean every time. Even when there’s only 1 other person, you’ll find yourself in the drive thru parking spot for an hour somehow. I normally never leave bad reviews but this has been an on going issue for years and there’s no structure here. Going to a different McDonald’s from here on out, never coming here again.

  Lorene, one of the workers who was charged with a felony, was cursing on the phone while I took my 6 year old nephew out to eat. This is not very welcoming knowing that she still works here and still does this, while being charged for child abuse

  I ordered on mobile app and waited ten minutes for the order and realized when I got home that I was missing two fish sandwiches and app says to contact store but phone numbers provided on app and internet are out of order.

  Complete chaos and zero hygiene. We waited 35 minutes for our food while the employees fought with each other in the kitchen. To make matters worse, after refusing our refund request, they handed us our food—only for us to find a half-eaten burger inside the box. Only good thing I found is the manager trying her best to get things together which didn't show any way of success!! Disgusting, unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. I will be reporting this to the health department.
