- LBLibby Brown3 days ago1.0Was in Gastonia today went into Kristy Keene to get a dozen of donuts.There was no customers only us we could see there was 3 people working we was there for 15 minutes no one acknowledged or asked if we would like to order or say I will be with you in a minute remember we were the only customers my husband said hey you have a customer and her reply was I seen you when you came in and that she had to do something first your customer service is bad so we walked out and left.When I worked at a restaurant customers came first always
