  Had the Ultimate Italian sub. Fantastic! 2nd visit in 2 weeks because the 1st visit was excellent and 2nd visit was just as good. I eat subs from several places and they are all good, but I think this was the best Italian; thick with meat, fresh ingredients, hot toasted soft bread, and it filled me up. Fast friendly service. Exceptionally clean. Air conditioned, spacious, a little background music, and very quiet as it was empty but should be a favorite gathering place just to get a drink/coffee, snack, and conversation with a friend. Witnessed many take out orders while I ate inside, so they are busy. I will be back.

  I usually have a good experience. Some of the staff in particular take great care in their service. I did however, find what I can only describe as a bad batch of chips? I have never in my life seen something so odd. Disgusted me and wasn't able to eat them.
