I couldn't find the cakes so I walked over to the counter a young man was doing dishes and a lady was standing there talking to him when I walked up she looked at me and said he will be with you in a moment then he walked over and told me where the sheet cakes was I then grabbed the sheet cake and walked over to the counter and asked could you please write happy 26th anniversary on it then the kid looked at her she looked at the kid and then they said no because there is no decorator there. I could not believe this two grown adults cannot write on a sheet cake three words. After being denied the writing I simply put the cake back walked out and on my way out told customer service I just got denied to write happy 26th anniversary on a sheet cake and I just wanted them to know. It just blew my mind to think two adults couldn't write three words on a cake acting like it takes some professional. I used to work at the Great American Cookie it is not hard to write on a cake. Now that I think about it last year I got a cake there for the 25 anniversary the kid behind the counter said they have never written on a cake before but did it anyway. What is going on with customer service there now?
