Asked the manager if they order a certain produce item, he promised to order it that week. Came back 2 separate times, asked the yokel produce manager, who kept telling me they'd order it. Are they lying to customers like this just to get them to come back? Harris Teeter should really pay these people commission, because they now have a new shopper. Oh, and they ordered what I asked for right away, instead of just lying. Run by yokels, awful location.

My husband and I love shopping here we always find what we want and the staff is so friendly. But I have one complaint why can't the guys get the carts outside instead of always being the females. Everytime we have been there we have seen females bringing them in. A woman can do anything a man can do yes but come on guys give the ladies a break from the carts. ❤️

Stood in the only in person register line for 15 minutes while 3 employees stood there watching the self checkout of which only one or two were being used at any time. I was using cash and the self checkouts didn't accept cash. Unacceptable !!

Can't even shop here anymore because they have pallets of items stacked up in front of shelves. Employees stand in front of items youre trying to grab talking to each other and wont move, then look at you crazy when you say excuse me, and still dont move. No management at all, nobody is nice except the one lady in the mornings at self checkout. Deli employees are all extremely rude and act like youre ruining their day by asking to get meat cut. I highly dislike this store.
