  Highly recommend Dunkin' on South New Hope Road in Gastonia, NC! This location consistently has friendly customer service, quick service, and great quality drinks. One of my favorite drinks is the Iced Matcha Latte with sweet cold foam — always smooth, creamy, and refreshing. My mom, who is 86 years old, absolutely loves the Iced Strawberry Banana Daydream Refresher. Every time we go, she finishes hers before I finish mine! 😊 If you’re looking for the best iced coffee, matcha lattes, refreshers, or a great Dunkin’ in Gastonia, NC, this South New Hope Road location is definitely worth visiting. Clean store, welcoming atmosphere, and consistently delicious drinks every visit!

  I went to pickup 4 dozen donuts that I had ordered on the app at around 8:54 AM. I put in the pickup time as 1:00 PM. I arrived and they said they didn't have enough donuts. So even though I gave them at least 4 hours to prepare my order they did not have them ready. This was for a scheduled event! Next time I will go to Krispy Kreme! Update! I just saw that this store charged my account for the 4 dozen donuts that they didn't even have! They said I have to drive back up there to get a refund! Unbelievable!!!!!

  Literally just ordered on DoorDash at 11am just for them to be out of donuts like literally close your store down if you don't have the main thing 💀

  This place used to be up to par but over these last few months they're getting worst. They just lost my respect🤮😫Soggy, Nasty, Cold and the darn bagel was hard as a rock and everything taste like it was straight processed. The service also sucks. So i ended up going back to K donuts in Kings Mountain, NC she has the best and I purposely spent $100 because her stuff is just that good.
