Trash Customer Service. Just go to Moe’s or Qdoba instead of wasting your time here

After waiting in line, we found out they were out of chicken, carnitas, and pollo asado. They also had no guacamole or queso, and the portions were very small. Neither soda machine was working properly. The Coke Zero, Sprite, and lemonade all tasted like plain water. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal with so many missing ingredients, small portions, and drinks you can’t enjoy. This location needs to improve its inventory management, maintain its beverage machines, and pay more attention to the customer experience.

I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as there is a lot of room for improvement. in addition, the management should also consider hiring more personnel since there was only two employees running the front.
