- TGTim and Amy Greeley5 days ago1.0Out of white rice at 12:19. Ask how long. They don't know. Almost out of chicken and the guy gives me half a scoop. I ask him to put a little more on there. He says he will have to charge. I tell him I just want a little more to make a full scoop. He keeps arguing. Nope. Done. We walked out and didn't get anything even though I had an order already completed. Last time I was in there they did the same thing with the steak. Half a scoop. And they didn't even roll the soft taco shell. They just tucked it in around the food. So when it was opened it was a mess. Plus there were NO workers on the line serving. The cashier finally came back but did even speak to anyone and give an update on the wait. Ridiculous service.

The store was severely understaffed and we overheard one of the employees saying she would be working alone in the afternoon. The employees were doing the best they could with what they had. It is a failure of management to allow something like this to happen, putting their employees’ well-being at risk. Very discouraging to see this happen.
