- CHCodi Hope5 days ago1.0This location is terrible every time I come here they are out of chicken and it doesn’t matter what time of the day it is. The staff is always rude and it feels as if they are annoyed with their customers. So I will not be back I rather drive to the Belmont location.

- ACAivilo CharlotteAug 10, 20261.0The past couple of times I've gone to this Chipotle, an employee shouts as soon as anyone arrives that they're out of some ingredients - like main ingredients like queso & cheese!!! And one time we ate there for lunch on a Sunday and they literally closed early at like 2pm because the manager said they were short staffed. They decided they only wanted to do take out orders. It's not worth it to us to try to eat here anymore knowing they're probably not going to have all the main ingredients for our orders & might not allow us to dine in. Hopefully they'll get their staffing and supply issues fixed because generally we do like Chipotle.

We could see people sitting inside. We had to stand there for almost 3 minutes before someone came to open the door, then they said do we have an online mobile order, we Told her no and they said well we’re closed. We’re only accepting online mobile orders but my thing is if you know you’re closed, why would you not put a sign on the door, letting people know that instead of just having a stand out there??? DO BETTER so unprofessional!!!
