  This place is absolutely horrible, from the staff to the cleanliness. Its disgusting and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your restaurant today. I arrived around 6:30 p.m., which is still a busy dinner hour, and was surprised to find that the location was out of nearly every ingredient. The only protein available was chicken, and many of the standard toppings and ingredients that customers expect were unavailable. To make matters worse, the guacamole that was available appeared old and unappetizing. As a customer, I expect a restaurant to be adequately stocked during peak dinner hours. Running out of this many essential ingredients by 6:30 p.m. is unacceptable and significantly impacts the quality of the dining experience. If a location knows it is running low on key items, there should be better planning and inventory management to ensure customers receive the products they are paying for. I chose Chipotle expecting the variety and quality your brand is known for, but instead I was left with very limited options and an unsatisfactory meal. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve inventory management and food quality at this location so future customers do not have the same experience.

  .Let me start by saying I really love chipotle however I’ve never truly had a good experience at this location. It’s so bad that I prefer to drive to the Belmont location for better customer service. I’m never greeted nicely when I enter, and it seems no matter when I go, they’ve ran out of something. When I asked what the issues are, they blame the shift before—letting me know they are not unified. I’ve even had one employee tell me that they’ve had a “long day” after I asked why she appeared upset and frustrated when I was ordering at her preferred speed. If I owned this location, I would want to know how my staff were performing. Honestly, I’d rather not do this here because I realize how it impacts business however I’ve asked to speak with the owner on three occasions and my request was danced around. I would love to have a conversation with the owner to discuss the impact of great motivated employees and good workflow that help with speed and quality of service

  Catering customers beware: The food quality has decreased, and your stuff will be cold when picked up. The portions are much smaller so the food runs out faster, even though the prices have gone up. They will also forget a significant portion of your order when it is being picked up while assuring that "that is everything" to the person picking it up. Spend hundreds of dollars on food and they leave out things that were greatly looked forward to. Also, they never mention it, but you will only get vinaigrette with your order if you add "salad" lettuce as a base, the "taco" lettuce doesn't count. Don't cater from here. I probably won't again. Make arrangements with a local place instead.
