  The worst service I ever received. Let me start by saying they were staffed . I came to watch the knicks game , get drinks and enjoy my Friday night . My waitress was non existent to say the least . I’m not saying I was discriminated but I noticed she offered others refills and checked on them FREQUENTLY when it was solo me I was lucky to get her attention which i barely got . Wasn’t offered refills took a time to get a simple water (I wanted to order drinks but took forever to get the drink menu) saw her laughing with co workers tending to other parties. At this point I’m visibly frustrated only to get her to notice and say “you ok” at this point I’m irritated and wanted to eat and leave worst experience. As a former server leaving a $0.00 tip makes my skin crawl but TERRIBLE SERVICE DOESNT DESERVE REWARD . Did not need her to do much just the same level of service she gave others

  To go orderGot extra crispy wings and a salad hot sauce was supposed to be on the side The wings were great, but I didn't get any hot sauce

  Let me preface this by saying i went at 4 pm and was one of three tables... there was more than enough staff...The service is the worse!! Had to retrieve my own refill... part of our order never came... she kept telling us she was going to get it, but never returned... the boneless wings were the size of acorns and the bone-in wings were taken from baby chick's suffering from anorexia... after getting our bill, she pretended to do us a favor by taking our unrecieved food off... the managers of this establishment should be ashamed... worse service I've had in 36 years of life... I have never not left a tip, but this one time I could not in good conscious give her extra money that was not earned... P.S. The BWW of Gastonia, N.C. is absolute dog water... this place sucks!!

  We stopped coming as frequent due to multiple issues with service but tonight we had Haley as our server and she was amazing! She was extremely attentive and sweet, hardly had to ask for anything and could not say a bad thing regarding service or food quality! My family and I will definitely start coming more frequent if service continues how it did for us today!!
