No way I’d ever eat here again. Inside and outside were disgusting, service was the worst I’ve ever had, and the food was awful. Waited over 30 minutes for my remake to come back out and left hungry. Beer left empty for a long while before getting a new one. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money and just go somewhere else.

Disappointing & Unprofessional Experience I drove over 40 minutes to bring my daughters here, only to have what should have been a simple family dinner turn into a frustrating experience. We ordered our food and sat there for 20+ minutes before being told that the sliders—which were a part of all three of our meals—were unavailable. What makes this even more frustrating is that instead of offering a reasonable solution or making any real effort to accommodate us, we were still charged for all three drinks. After already wasting our time and having to change our meal choices because the restaurant was out of an item that was included in our orders, I found that completely inappropriate. Then, to make matters worse, I had to sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for a manager to even come address the situation. Things happen. Restaurants run out of items. But how you handle the situation matters. The lack of communication, the excessive waiting, and the way this was handled from beginning to end was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought my daughters here expecting to enjoy a meal, not spend our evening waiting around, changing our orders, and trying to get someone to simply address the problem. After driving 40+ minutes to get there, this experience was absolutely not worth the trip. Management needs to do better. Customers deserve better communication, better service, and basic consideration when the restaurant fails to provide what they ordered.

We came in as a party of 3 people. First off it’s not the cleanest place ever but not the worst. We ordered our drinks first and it took forever for the waitress to bring them, she even had to ask me again for what I had ordered after she brought the other drinks. We then ordered an appetizer of fried pickles for the table for $10. When she brought it out there are only 12 thin slices of pickle on the tray I’m not even sure it would have totalled one whole pickle. When we asked her if that was all we got she just shrugged and said yes and if we wanted she could get a manager. We decided just to send it all back because I doubt anything would be done seeing as the server seems to think that’s a normal size for an appetizer. We then waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out. The wings are not bad but serving sizes here definitely don’t reflect to the price we are paying. May be finding somewhere else for my wings.

We have lived in Gaston County quite sometime but have never been to this BWW location so we thought we would try it out. We have enjoyed the Concord location prior to moving here so why not? What a waste!! We should've left when we arrived to see a slow restaurant with the hostess wiping tables down pretending not to see the 3 different groups waiting to be sat but we gave it a try. Her attitude was terrible but ok, she wasnt our waitress so we stayed. Our waiter was friendly enough but we waited FOREVER for our food - and appetizer, 6 wings with fries and a kids meal. We had to ask for a manager along with others sitting nearby. Suddenly our food all came out. The fries were forgotten & the kids wings were sauced with garlic parm sauce and were super salty. My drink sat empty a good while before I flagged down another waitress and at the same time had to also ask for silverware. We spent nearly an hour and a half in a dead restaurant. The floors were filthy, the bathroom was dirty (toilet seat was broken) and the restaurant is dated with even the booth seat upholstery cracked all over the place and uncomfortable. Never again.

Visited for lunch and service was extremely slow—we waited 40 minutes for our food despite the restaurant being barely occupied. Some of the food seemed like warmed-up leftovers rather than freshly made. Our waitress only checked on us twice during the meal, but ironically had to come back three separate times just to fix an incorrect charge on our bill. With the restaurant this empty, there’s no excuse for service this disorganized. Disappointing lunch overall.”
