After about 15 minutes I get to the window just to be told their system is down they could not give me my food or take cash for some reason I don't know. It would have been nice if someone came out to tell everyone instead of us waiting in line wasting our lunch break.

I had a simple concern about the size and cost of the mac and cheese, and instead of receiving a professional response, the employee gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes, and appeared visibly irritated while preparing my order. What concerned me even more was the way she spoke to her employees in front of customers. Correcting employees is part of being a manager, but it should be done respectfully and, when possible, privately. Employees deserve guidance without being embarrassed or spoken to harshly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A little professionalism, patience, and respectful communication would make a big difference in the customer experience and the work environment.
