- UUUN-MASKED-DEMON1 day ago2.0From a state that doesn’t have bojangles, at all. And ordering from this specific location is the my first ever experience with bojangles. First it was the ai ordering system, then it was a worker who officially took the order. Like 2 , 3 or so of the things i wanted they "didn't have made". Get told to pull up, and there was already two customers ahead. One was pulled up in front and one was parked. Both got their food. Then fast forward time. Counting the people in the place and through the drive thru, there was like 12 or more people who got their food before. Even going in there after ordering from the drive thru. All i got was the run around. My wife went in after me and then they finally make the food... soooo i just tried the food, and imma start off with the seasoned fries... wheres the seasoning frfr...the fries were freshly made so they were hot. Was soft in the middle which was good, not much of a crunch on the outer layer of the fries. I tried my wife's Mac & cheese she ordered and it tastes like absolutely nothing... now the chicken sandwich. I got the deluxe, so with lettuce and tomato on it. The tomato came out with one bite. It was a think end piece of the tomato, and the lettuce was all mainly out of the sandwich, with what little lettuce there was. The chicken itself. The breading had a nice crunch but the chicken wasn't juicy at all and towards the middle of it it was even more dry. The pickles were too thin to even taste them/notice them. Little itty bit of mayo on it that wasn't noticeable either taste wise. The coleslaw that i was told wasn't available , was in the bag. It was surprisingly not the worst thing but it had this weird but good tang to it for a after taste... oh and btw, i almost forgot to mention that they didn't have any of their homemade ranch or their signature sauce. Overall this for my first experience with this establishment was very very disappointing experience... i do wanna say that once my wife went in about the food before. She told me that i manager got on the workers about the whole situation. So i do appreciate that fr.

I asked for the code to the pin pad on the restroom door and the lady stated with a rude attitude what the code was supposed to be. Tried it. Didn’t work. My daughter goes back to the lady to ask again. This time we received a different code. This code worked but what amazed me was how dirty the restroom was. We get our food and went to get some napkins. All three napkin holders are empty. I ordered a 4pc chicken supreme meal. Assuming that my food was cooked to order, As I started eating I Learned all of my tenders were not cooked all the way. I’m sharing a picture of it however the picture doesn’t show how raw and pink it was. As I went back to address the issue, it was another customer complaining about his order and asking for a refund. As the lady upfront continues to go back and forth with the customer, another worker walking right by digging in the head and walking right back in the kitchen to fix orders. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location.

The first two Bo Bites that I ate were decent, while the rest were trash, my fries tasted like they had been under the warmer for hours, and they didn’t put my biscuit that should’ve been apart of my meal in my box. Now I get maybe forgetting a item because of being busy, but they weren’t, and for the amount of time that I had to wait to receive my order, I was expecting piping hot fresh tasting quality food. If I didn’t have somewhere important to be, then I would’ve took it back and requested a new order or my money back, but I didn’t have time to, so I just sucked it up and called it a lost lunch 😢

He took my order, delivered it with a smile and even stopped to help 2 elderly ladies in by opening a heavy door. If I owned a business I’d want to hire 10 people just like him.
