  For some reason the inside is closed in the middle of the day. Had to wait over 30 minutes in a parking spot after being told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. When I asked for a refill on my drink, I got a disrespectful attitude and mumbling under her breath as she walked away. Something about it not being her job to run me my drinks, well I truly wanted to sit down and eat my food while it’s hot so no one got what they wanted today. I just left without my drink

  Thirty-minute wait for awful food. The fries were hard, bland, and missing the seasoning salt Bojangles is known for. The chicken was tough, fatty, and barely had any meat on it. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not come back to this location.

  Unless you have a lot of patience, drive past this Bojangles. Ordered through the mobile app two minutes before arriving, waited 18 minutes inside before I got my food. Watched the line inside stack up with the first person in line waiting to order for over 15 minutes. Fries, biscuits, ham and Supremes were all empty. The manager and cook seemed like the only people working. This Bojangles has had a bad reputation for years and today is my last day visiting this location. They would be better off closing it down and opening a different restaurant at this location.

  When I go to a restaurant to get food, I do not want to see that the company is allowing the male employees to have their pants sagging, exposing their underwear

  Nasty undercooked food with no seasoning. Slow terrible service and they couldn’t even give me what I ordered.
