Also they served us spoiled unsweetened tea, we wanted sweet tea. Ordered 7/14/26 at lunch time. Not to mention, I forgot to take a photo of our previous Uber Eats order from here, we were served watered down tea, it did not even taste like tea, it had maybe a splash of tea. And short 1 chicken tender, also all of the sides seemed dried out. Will return with the dates/time of that order.
- LBLeslie BJul 8, 20263.0If I had been given a receipt, I would have used the number on the receipt to give feedback directly to the company. Since I wasn't given a receipt, I am reviewing this way. The young lady at the drive through handed me my drink, with no straw, then walked around the store like she was looking for something which I thought was my order, which was one ham biscuit but when she arrived back at the window, another employee came up right beside her, grabbed a ham biscuit off the shelf right beside the window, and put it in the bag and handed it to her, which she then handed to me with no straw, no napkin, no receipt. Thankfully, I thought to ask for a straw and a napkin. The ham was very fatty and I questioned (myself) as to whether it was even done. It looked okay overall, but I ripped the fat off and we'll know tomorrow if I'm sick or not. Additionally, since we are in the south and it is July, I would expect a good bit of ice in the tea. But there is very little to no ice in my tea, so it has all melted, and I'm drinking warm tea on this hot July day. I should have noticed they had three stars, but only saw that after I came here to do this review, it seems as if their employees need a bit more training.
