Plus, please tell the workers that having long hair while working is a hazard and could be considered flammable. Food and service sucks don’t go here or beware

The lady who gave me my order was very rude when i asked for sauce (that i was supposed to get with my meal) then made me pay for the sauce even though it was already on my ticker, after that when i asked for my tea she got very rude and aggravated because there was no tea in the lobby.

They are consistently out of menu items and rarely seem to have the full menu available. Unfortunately, the management is also confrontational and rude. When the manager finally came to the window, I greeted him with, “Hi, how are you?” His response was, “Ion know. Depends on how this conversation goes.” I was completely caught off guard because nothing I had done during the transaction warranted that kind of response. I had originally returned because part of my order had been left out. When I got back home, the food I did receive was cold. I returned to the restaurant and was told the oven was “broke.” I simply asked if they could replace my order with hot, fresh food given the inconvenience. You would’ve thought I asked them to do the impossible. After going back and forth, I decided to just request a refund so I could be done with the situation. That’s when the manager claimed I had made “sideways comments.” He reluctantly processed the refund, saying, “I’ll do it this time, but this is the last time.” After printing the receipt, he said he needed to keep the merchant copy for his supervisor. When I politely asked if I could take a picture of it for my own records, he very rudely slid the receipt across the counter. Between the missing items, cold food, broken equipment, and unprofessional customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. If you can keep driving, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
- HHHunterJun 21, 20261.0Horrible service I walk in takes 5 minutes just for one guy to walk up ask what I want then interrupt to go back to talking with everyone in the back which they were not working either, and instead of working with no one in the drive thru they just stood there looking at me like I’m stupid. After 15 minutes I finally got my food with no bag so had to carry everything with hands full and almost spilled my drinks. HORRIBLE
