I won’t be back still haven’t heard from management about a proper refund

I asked the AI system 3 times if my order came with a biscuit because if it did not, I would change it. It said yes. I told the lady that but she didnt seem to care, so I paid for an extea biscuit. I think I should have gotten it for free. The last 2 times the AI system has either flat out lied or made a large mistakes. It just keeps happening. The thing that bothers me is that no one fixes it and the staff just look at me like im an idiot even though there is an AI transcript in front of them. Please go back to a person or make up for the AI mistake.
