- AGAmy GreeneMay 8, 20261.0As a rule, I try to find something good about any place we visit. I have been to quite a few Bojangles in my time. You usually know what to expect and you think you can get "comfort food" at a decent price. However, this has to be the worst location I've ever visited. When we went through the drive-thru, it wasn't busy. One car in line. One waiting on food. One family inside. I don't like the AI ordering (personal opinion) because it's messed up my order each time I've used it. When we got to the window, I requested a jelly biscuit and was told they don't sell those. I explained I asked for one when ordering and she looked at the order and said "well, jelly was added with your bacon, egg,and cheese biscuit." I then explained I wanted a butter biscuit with jelly and was again told they don't sell those. Finally, I asked for a plain biscuit to be added to the order and she turned to ask someone if they sold those. Once being told they did, she added to my order and we paid. We waited a few minutes at the window and were then told to pull forward to wait (we had asked for the bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit,the plain one, small Bo-rounds and 2 drinks. We pulled forward to wait,again noting the low volume of customers. Finally, after sitting for 10 minutes,I took my receipt inside to check on our order. When one of the workers saw me walk in, she started filling my bag to hand to me. I had to ask for our condiments again and she added those, but did seem relatively put out about the whole situation. I understand everyone has tough days. But if you're working at a restaurant- upscale or fast food- you should know your products and what is offered. You should try to be friendly and helpful. You should try to remember this is "fast" food, especially when you arent serving many people and there isn't a line. Overall, i cant recommend this location. It was very slow, very unfriendly, and I don't think I'll be visiting again. Hopefully, the folks working there will try to improve.

Forgot the sweet tea so goes back inside and is walking around not really doing anything. I’m getting mad because it’s been around 40 minutes at this point and you can’t go in the store. So I’m flashing my lights through the store to get some attention. All I needed was a sweet tea and no one is coming out. Finally employee comes out and gives someone else their food doesn’t even remember me needing a sweet tea. I said how it’s been over 40 minutes and you told me 8. Employee responds, “I ain’t tell you no time”. Are you kidding me??? Won’t be back here or to the new hope location. Disgusting overcooked or undercooked food and rude employees that lie and are lazy. Also paying almost $15 for this whole experience is just icing on the cake🤦♂️ I wish I could give 0 stars!!
