Food was good. Got a 6pc bone-in wing meal with fries. Wings were large & crispy just how I like them. Fries were ok, was a bit taken by surprise that they had a sweet seasoning added. No big deal, I just didn’t eat much of the fries. My SECOND visit was last weekend. Ordered delivery: Two 8pc bone-in wing meals with fries & this time I knew to modify the fry seasoning. Our meal was delivered & opened both boxes to find THE SMALLEST WINGS I’ve ever seen. Not just a few of them, ALL of them were these puny little wings with hardly ANY meat at all. Our 2 meals were ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the $30+ paid (this did not include the delivery driver tip, just the food). Wingstop Garner DO BETTER or lose customers!!! If it doesn’t look like a meal you’d pay $30+ for then don’t serve it to your customers either!!!

The other day, we went in about 30 minutes before closing, and the employees told us they were no longer serving customers because they wanted to go home. Today, I tried placing an order over the phone, and the employee immediately said they were not taking phone orders and that I had to use the app instead. Even when picking up food, the staff often seem unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. If this had been my first experience with Wingstop, I probably would not have gone back. Thankfully, I know that not all Wingstop locations operate this way because I've had much better experiences at other locations.
