  Glad to finally have a Whataburger close by home. Still missing some of the Texas flare but nonetheless glad it is here. While the food was delivered to us, there was no follow-up service with the condiments and when going to the counter to ask, they told me there would be a charge to which I replied but I ordered it with the meal. Hopefully the kinks will iron out over time as I will return.

  As a Texan I'm always skeptical of a out of state Whataburger having been let down many times. But this one was exactly what Whataburger is supposed to be. Even the coke tasted the same as back home. So, if your a Texan on a road trip thru Raleigh or a transplant like me, u gotta pay it a visit.

  Y’all keep messing up my order and this is within times I’ve visited on both hands. Charged me for a Double Whataburger again and left the cheese on again. I said Ranch you wrote barbecue on screen, I caught it at the window and corrected when you still had the barbecue in the bag, but I never had to proof read my orders so much in my life with a place… how you get Ranch from barbecue. You said oops at the window while putting my order in and I asked if everything is ok, you said yes. How you repeat no cheese and I say it twice “no cheese”, but you go ahead and just send the order in how you want … I’m getting tired of it. I’m out of benefit of doubts..

  I had a burger, onion rings and a peach shake. The burger was ok, patty was average on a large bun. The onion rings and shake were rather good. The atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was very clean and well lit. The service was very good , the gentleman taking orders was super helpful and pleasant as was the gentleman that brought my order out. I look forward to trying some of the other menu items.

  Repeatedly mess up orders. The staff doesn’t pay attention to what they are doing. Order a sandwich that comes with bacon, they leave off the bacon. Ask for something extra in your sandwich, you might get it, but then they forget everything else. Pay extra for something, don’t count on getting it. I’ve brought this up numerous times since it has happened all but two times when we order online and in person. Management doesn’t seem to care. I keep hoping for a reason to give positive feedback but it’s not there and not deserved. We are taking our money elsewhere in the future. Too bad, because we do like the food. The only time they excelled in service was when they had staff there from other states opening the restaurant. Since they left, it’s all downhill. So disappointing.
