  I was a first timer to whataburger and was absolutely looking forward to trying. I suppose I had a picture in my head and what I pictured was not delivered. I was happy because there was no line however was shocked when they had a teen standing in the heat to take orders. Mind you it was over 100 that day. Her tablet wasnt working and a manager was walking back and forth to give orders to the kitchen. After about 15 minutes I finally got my food (again, the only one in the drive thru). Once home the burger was dry and mediocre. I got the jalapeño burger and I couldn't even find the jalapeño when I opened it up. There were maybe three slices. I agree with another reviewer it sas similar to McDonald's and even McDonald's provides a more moist burger. I hope because they are new these kinks will be resolved and I can try again. I gave a 3 for the girl outside who tried her best.

  The guy at the drive-through was very nice but kept getting confused and I ended up with an extra meal and an extra drink that I had to pay for. I didn’t get extra gravy that I actually ordered and paid for. The drink was horrible. I ordered Diet Coke and you can clearly taste other drinks mixed in with it. I’m from Texas and I used to eat Whataburger all the time . Butt, I’m not so sure I’ll be back to This one. Also, if you order the chicken strips, you better order a couple of cups of gravy extra because they literally put like a tablespoon of gravy in the little cup and it is not even close to being enough for your chicken strips. Oh, and the lady at the drive-through window tonight was super sweet. 😀

  There is nothing remarkable about it at all. When I saw how thin the burger patty was I literally chuckled. The burger was…fine? If you’re hungry it will be something in your belly. The fries are wimpy style and had a weird aftertaste. I think their fountain machine was broken because the Coke Zero was more the color of sweet tea and just tasted like carbonated water. I saw the other reviews and wanted to see for myself. Definitely not worth going out of the way for. The drive thru line was single lane and took forever to get to the person taking the order (it seemed nobody checked the menu beforehand and one car had four separate orders.) The attendant was polite and once my order was placed, getting the food was quick.

  Should be renamed Whatadisappointment ! With all the competition in the fast food biz you would think that they would want to stand out and be different,but nope their hamburgers aren't any different or better than the next one. I got the standard Whataburger combo with tomato lettuce tomato Mayo ketchup and pickles and it was very bland, not much flavor at all, and put together pretty sloppy at that! French fries are even more disappointing.Fairly hard and cold. Soft drink was 3/4 ice,little soda,and for over $9.00 for the combo was a ripoff!.I had to try it since it was new to the area but that was my first and last visit there. This area needs better eating establishments than that!

  Just went for the first time today and ate inside. I just want to say that the service was spectacular. It was service with a smile from start to finish ( from placing my order to having the food brought to me and my family) . They even had someone stop by to make sure we were good . Even though I had a minor problem with my order, they handled it promptly with a smile. Good service in fast food is rare these days so I will give them that. As far as the food goes I never had Whatsburger before so this was a first. I wasn't expecting anything too great and thats what I got. It wasn't bad by any means but it also wasn't amazing enough to write home about. I ate everything because I was hungry but I wouldnt go out of my way to go here for a while. I live about 30 mins away from this location and its the closest one to me. The price was what I'd expect for the 2026 economy. Not bad. Also it felt very cramped in there. There was a bit of line when I got there but it went by very fast. Just trying to get my drink and going to sit back down felt like I was getting in people's way and they were in my way. Overall, the food was just slightly above average and again nothing to write home about but the service was excellent. I will be back but I won't rush to go back or go out of my way to go here
