  We order here at least once a week and every time we go in it gets worse. Employees are standing around not helping the front; particularly a young girl with extremely long hair(why her hair isn’t up always bothers me) who just keeps moving boxes around not paying attention to those walking in. Tonight was my breaking point. It took over 40 minutes for my order to be ready, I go to pick it up just for them to tell me it’s not ready when the tracker says it is. Once again three people just standing around not doing anything and ignoring customers walking in. Finally a customer had to speak up in order to get helped. They were NOT busy. The gentleman who ended up helping the front handled money and then touched orders without washing his hands. There’s too much standing around and not working efficiently. Attitudes are absolutely horrible to be working in a customer service environment. The food is never consistent; a lot of times our pizza has barely any toppings on it. I’ve given alot of grace to this place to continue ordering from here, but this location has lost a customer.

  I ordered pizza and chicken wings today, and I’m impressed—the pizza is truly delicious, and the chicken wings simply melt in your mouth. The delivery was very fast; I don't know about others, but I really enjoyed it.

  I was at this location today as a Door Dasher. I went in to pick up an order when I was told the customer had canceled it. I left then went back in after speaking to the customer since they didn’t cancel it properly, they then reordered. I walked back in this store and every employee in there were completely rude and dismissive. I couldn’t get eye contact from anyone so I just spoke up informing them the said customer reordered and they immediately interrupted me and said they did but it was for a later pick up. At this point I was there for 20 minutes already. I called in to DD customer service when they indeed confirmed the customer reordered and it was for now not later. Within 10 minutes, I went back in and again was ignored and had to speak up. Informed the employees the client did want the order now and all of a sudden the order was on the counter behind the cashier and she threw the order on the counter with no eye contact and no apology. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

  This Papa John's is near me and is my usual "go to" for a pizza. They sometimes have deals and I can get a decent price. Personnel are normally friendly when I stopped in person. Deliveries are on time with few exceptions. They very rare occasion I have had with my order they have always corrected, or giving me the option for free replacement later.

  I hate its pizzas and only go there to deliver for doordash, but its employees are nicer than Chick Filet's and they're ready to serve faster than a champagne or flower girl.
