  It was a crowd of 16 of us and the service started off slow but once everything started coming together it all worked out. The owner was awesome and kind. The waitresses was nice and helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

  I am not one to leave bad reviews but this Mother's Day dinner was terrible! Though the was no wait, once we started putting our order in everything went DOWN HILL. My daughter had the Aussie for 3 and ordered a burger with only cheese, mayo, and ketchup. Also, potato soup with only cheese on top. She recieved her soup with all the toppings on it, so she asked for another 1. She waited about 5 minutes and the 2nd one came out and it was ice cold. After speaking to the manager she they verified it was cold they had another 1 made fresh for her that came out with her meal. When she recieved her burger, it had EVERY ingredient (fried onions, lettuce, tomato, and cheese) on it. By this time she no longer wanted to eat. I ordered the Aussie 3 with a sirloin steak medium well and mash potatoes. When I recieved and cut into my steak it was completely rare no touch of medium. The manager said they would have a fresh one cooked for me that would be correct. By this time we were ready to head out. I did receive my steak before leaving and it was well done overly dry and burnt. But not wanting to make a fuss I just dealt with it. Lastly we were suppose to receive dessert with our meals but our waitress never brought them. Only realizing when we got to the car I went back in and a manager provided me with our dessert. The manager apologized for everything and said it was a little crazy. I accepted her apology but it may be a long time before I eat at this location again.

  Loved my Mother’s Day dinner at Outback in Garner!! Great food and wonderful service. My steak was perfectly cooked. I even got a beautiful flower because I was a mother. Great touch to a wonderful dinner with my family on my special day.

  Mother’s Day weekend, excepted a long wait and didn’t have to wait but 20 mins. Good food, great service and my wife even got a beautiful flower because she is a mother. Was super impressed with the respect and service of the wait staff. Good job Garner Outback.

  I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience at Outback Steakhouse was awful from start to finish. We called around 4 PM to reserve a table for 7 PM because we had a larger group. We spoke directly with the manager, gave our name, and were told everything was set. When we arrived, suddenly nobody knew anything about the reservation — even though I could clearly see our name on their iPad. Instead of being seated anywhere near our reserved time, we were told the wait would be another 40 minutes and didn’t actually get seated until around 8:20 PM. Completely unacceptable after calling hours ahead. Once we finally sat down, it somehow got even worse. Orders came out wrong, food was missing, meals were cold, and some of it tasted stale. No one enjoyed their meal. The entire night felt like a complete mess with zero organization or communication. The manager was clearly incapable of handling the restaurant properly.Honestly, do yourself a favor and walk right back out. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this Outback or any other Outback restaurant again.
