  Clearly they are use to customers not only ordering through a box or app, since during lunch rush no one at register 🙄, but women's room filthy with broken toilet dispenser and a clogged toilet, maintained tearing up ceiling in dining area while food being prepared and all while 2 employees enjoying lunch while customers wait... but they want more money smh

  It's unfortunate for the missed opportunity to serve customers that come into your restaurant for a meal. After 15 minutes of waiting with 20 cars through the drive-through already. I nudge one of the employees where my meal was. They said they were working on it. I didn't order anything special. I ordered a big Mac meal and a happy meal. I ordered a cheeseburger for the happy meal, and it came out a regular hamburger after 20 minutes. My big Mac was cold. It's unfortunate that drive-through wins and effort to come inside loses.

  First, waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for 32minutes. Which in itself is ridiculous. What about this is fast food? The cookout down the road produces more food quicker and with better ingredients. Second, you let a large truck skip half the line further increasing the wait. If that’s how it is, what is the purpose of the drive thru? Third, besides the truck, multiple people skipped the line. Like I said, why even have the drive thru. I will not be using it anymore. Just skipping in when I want if I ever come back here. I encourage others to do the same, no reason not too. Fourth, your distribution of order taking in the drive thru is awful. You did one lane 3 times, and the other once in the same period. Just the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s before.

  Staff at the location is not assisting and absolutely rude. Stopped inside for a quick sandwich this afternoon and was completely ignored. There wasn’t anyone but myself in line & it seemed as if staff was annoyed I was there. I waited & waited to place my order and was looked over at several times by staff and ignored. A young girl in a reflective safety vest brushed by me twice almost to the point of bumping into me. I took it as if this was done on purpose. She was absolutely not happy I was waiting for assistance so I just left. Also the dining room was uninviting and filthy. Spills & trash on the floor near the trash cans & chairs/stools in disarray. This was a horrible experience to say the least. If you want a clean McDonald’s with a much friendlier, happier staff go to Clayton (the one off hwy 70).
