I go up to register to ask where my order is and the cashier points to a random empty table with trash on it and my order sitting on a tray next to it and says "i don't know why they put it there" They didn't call the number, they didn't say anything, they just left my now cold food next to a pile of trash. They were not busy at this time so I attribute this entirely to incompetence

It felt as though speed was prioritized over basic quality, likely to maintain drive-thru timing metrics rather than ensuring customers receive properly cooked food. Serving undercooked items to meet internal performance goals is unacceptable and undermines trust. Customers should not have to sacrifice food safety and quality for the sake of faster service times. I expect better standards and accountability. I would appreciate being contacted regarding a refund for this experience, as it did not meet even the most basic expectations.

This is how 🤔 you serve your overpriced fast food? No wonder why your last quarter earnings were bad. Response from restaurant was typical corporate 🙄 blow off.
